Our History

Dosie Dough has been a cherished part of downtown Lititz since November 1996. We are a local family-owned business fueled by a passion for great food, quality ingredients, and community. The journey of Dosie Dough began with Marsha Baron, who started with a stand in the bustling Shillington Farmers Market in 1988. This humble beginning eventually expanded into our current location in the heart of Lititz.

In 1998, Marsha’s daughter, Amy Lloyd, took over the café, carrying forward the family tradition. Under her leadership, our cozy café has grown and evolved alongside our community. We’ve expanded in size and menu offerings, but we’ve always retained the fun, welcoming, community vibe that we are known for today.
